No, you do not need gym equipment at home. We tailor workouts to include bodyweight exercises and suggest alternative household items. However, having basic equipment can enhance your training.

How long does it typically take to see results from the training?

Results vary but most clients see improvements within the first 4 to 6 weeks.

Can I choose between different trainers or are the sessions only with Dana Hayes?

Currently, most sessions are conducted by Dana Hayes, However Keith Hayes does have limited availability for personal and group training. Please inquire specifically for information on training with Mr. Hayes.

What are the procedures if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.

Are the group fitness classes suitable for all fitness levels?

Yes, group classes are designed to cater to various fitness levels with adjustments provided for safety and effectiveness.
